Blue Ridge Inn Bed & Breakfast
The Blue Ridge Inn Bed and Breakfast (formerly the Kincaid House) is one of the oldest residences in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Built in 1890’s, the three-story, bed and breakfast Victorian inn features 8 rooms, 3 suites, 12-foot ceilings, original hand-carved woodwork, and heartpine floors. This 120 year-old home has been elegantly restored and refurnished into it’s original grandeur that now establishes itself as a Boutique Inn.
This north Georgia mountain Bed and Breakfast Inn is just one block from the downtown antique shops, and local restaurants. Across the street is the train depot for a day trip into the mountains.

I am so happy to have found this gem! It’s located in the heart of Blue Ridge among an old western town that has specialty shopping and chic restaurants. Keeping this short and to the point: extremely clean rooms, excellent and super friendly hosts, wonderful breakfast – you honestly feel at home. We had no discomfort whatsoever.
I added theirs special with a birthday cake and balloons as a surprise for my husband. The B&B made sure it was ready by the time we arrived and it was set up beautifully in our room. My husband literally grabbed me and said he wished he had met me sooner! It was just an extremely special experience given our other wonderful part of the day. This little B&B was literally the icing on top of the cake!

My wife and I have been visiting Blue Ridge and staying and the Blue Ridge Inn Bed & Breakfast for years and we absolutely love being there. The quality and service is second to none. Breakfast is amazing, and we love visiting with John, Gene, and Connie.

The Blue Ridge Inn provided everything we needed for a perfect sister get together. Our warm welcome included a tour and history of the 1890 home followed by delicious cookies and tea. The Marilyn Monroe suite was extremely comfortable and included a sitting room perfect for conversation and late night snacks. The Inn’s location could not be more convenient to the downtown area of shops and restaurants….easy walking distance. The country breakfast was truly delicious and more than we could eat.
The staff could not have been more warm, friendly, or accommodating.
